How to restore an archived Microsoft Team

Please note: Staff can restore their teams if they wish, although we would advise against it. Restoring a Team will not add students back to the class but will make it active again.

1. From your Teams dashboard click on the cog in the top right-hand corner. Select “Manage Teams”
   
   
   
2. You will then see two lists of Teams – “Active” and “Archived”. Click on Archived to expand the list. You can click on any team that you are an owner of.
   
   
   
3. Click the three dots to the right-hand side of the archived team and select “Restore team”
